Detailed Specifications

Size

• Nominal sizes are 3' x 5' up to 10' x 24' outside dimensions. Height is 94" including roof but excluding optional roof top air conditioner.

Framing

• C2000 interlocking 0.080" extruded aluminum framing system with 10 micron satin coat clear anodized finish. Horizontal framing is 1" x 2". Vertical framing is 2" x 2".

Kick Panels

• Exterior surface is 0.032" stucco embossed aluminum sheet with white factory baked finish (custom colours and colour matching is available). Panel core is 1/2" rigid insulation. Interior is 1/2" almond melamine.

Slider Doors

• Two 32" x 80" deluxe thermal glazed half-lite slider doors are standard complete with clear anodized aluminum frame with M.S. lock. Lower kick panel in door matches wall kick panels.

Swing Door

• One heavy duty 32" x 80" out swing, clear anodized aluminum frame commercial door complete with deadbolt lock and door closer. Door is fully glazed with clear tempered safety glass.

Optional Windows

• One horizontal side slider window 44" x 24" high complete with anodized aluminum frames, slider inserts and positive locking device. All operating windows are glazed with thermal glass.

Glass

• All glazing in doors is clear thermal glass. All fixed windows are glazed with clear thermal glass units. Glass is held in place by vinyl snap-in glass stops for easy installation and replacement.

Roof

• Exterior roof is Sarnifil single rubber membrane glued to 5/8" exterior grade plywood roof sheathing on 2" x 10" spruce perimeter with spruce joists (size and spacing of joists is based on span and area snow load). R12 fibreglass batt insulation and 6 mil poly vapour barrier. Fascia is 10" stucco embossed white sheet to match kick panels.

Ceiling

• 2' x 4' suspended "T" bar ceiling system complete with lay-in acoustic ceiling tiles.

Super Floor

• Painted 2" x 2" HSS @ 16" o.c. steel frame floor structure with 2" rigid insulation and 6 mil poly vapour barrier. Floor sheathing is 5/8" T&G plywood screwed to steel frame floor. Floor finish is "Mondo" non-slip, long life commercial grade rubber flooring.

Counter

• One 24" wide melamine counter across narrow width (almond finish).

Electrical Package

• One 100 amp. 120/240 Volt, 16 circuit service panel with main breaker. Two duplex receptacles. One 1'x4' two tube recessed fluorescent light fixture complete with acrylic lens. One 4000 watt fan forced wall mounted heater complete with integral thermostat. Electrical site service connection is by others.
